I wish I could've given an even lower score than this. This is the 2nd time with the same company Asolutist that I have paid $5.00 to unlock more packs and after paid was still unable to play the packs paid for! Google Play - you need to do something about this! This is ridiculous as Absolutist is scamming people! Paying for something & not getting it. If it was 1 game I might think it's a glitch. But more than one of their games is a company scamming people I want my $ back!

I'm pretty disappointed. I've had this game on previous phones from way back and bought all packages with no problem. But not lately the last few times I went to download and buy packages it's all the sudden has a bunch of issues mainly the fact that I bought packages I cannot access I've emailed and they replied with I'll just have to wait type stuff no refund or anything I just gotta uninstall then wait for an update. REDICULOUS. I used to love these guys but lately really not been up to par

Ripoff. Both letters and numbers won't work after paying for extra levels. Only bought because I loved iOS version. Tried to mail support but bounced. Really want refund for both. Habe tried and tried email. Wont go through
