I really want to enjoy this game: the idea is great, and the art is beautiful, but there are some gameplay decisions that really kill the fun. You get two gear slots. Armor is your HP, weapon is your damage. You can only upgrade either to +2 before spending real money! You swap them so often it isn't worth it. Progress is stalled due to this. There are no builds or strategies, it's all just "I have to upgrade this X times or I literally can not progress." Love the idea, not the execution

I really wanted to like this game. Maybe I was letdown because it reminded me of Munchkins, but a lot worse. I'll give some things that made me ultimately stop playing: - You can only have one armor equipped. Why do we need to swap out a helmet for a body armor ? Why can't we have one helmet, 2 arms , 1 chest, etc? - Pacing. Quite often I found a new armor or weapon, Upgraded it, then played again or played the next level and found something better. - ran out of space but there was more.

Can't help but love this game. A great rogue like with the hub being a mimic town which is awesome. I wish there was a tad bit more storytelling, even if through imagination or atmosphere. But this is a blast. And the dev got back to me so fast when I had a question! Super impressive! And you can change gear! Go to the inn and you can try on stuff you've already found! Good game.

Buying/unlocking Trinkets seems impossible? Edit: I know that they are purchased with Gems, but purchasing them with Gems is impossible, as the only thing i can actually click in the trinket store is the card for the useless starting trinket, the next card that would give me an actually usefull trinket can't be clicked despite me having enough Gems... Edit2: Update: After Force stopping the Game the Buy Trinket Button can be clicked.
