The object behind the game is to tap the sprouts again and again whilst they are still in the air. Tap them 3 times and they explode, awarding you extra points. As you juggle the sprouts, the side you tap or swipe at the sprout affects the direction it flips. Naturally gravity makes the Brussels Sprouts fall down. If any Brussels Sprouts land back on your plate that's not a problem. If they land on the table or worse the floor the sprout is removed from play.
