Nexus 7. Years ago there as a game like this inside another game, maybe it was bioshock, when you got to a puzzle on each level you had to clear the pipes by turning them so the liquid could go from one end to another. This isn't exactly like it but very close and it's a blast!

The gameplay feels like it needs to be sped up. Rotating pipes takes an unnecessarily long time, and even once you finish, you have to actually click a button to confirm you are done. If anything, just jack up the game's simulation speed or something, and it would be fine. Its a mobile game, to be honest, i dont care about visuals as long as the gameplay is solid.
