Once you subscribe to one of our plans, the subscriptions are renewed monthly, semi-annually, or annually according to the package.

Your subscription is valid on any device registered to your Galaxy Kids account.

You can manage your subscription or disable automatic renewal on the account settings page.

The cost of a current subscription cannot be refunded, and service cannot be stopped in the middle of a billing period.
