Cube Tower Defense is a game that combines 2 genres such as tower defense and matching card game with 3D pixle style. In tower defense, users should defense their main tower from enemies' attacks by attacking enemies with elemental towers and hero. This game is is using 4 elements (fire, earth, wind, earth) as the theme in tower defense. Users must win every wave to get the score as high as they can.

Every element has the unique characteristics against another element, such as :
- Fire wins against Earth
- Earth wins against Wind
- Wind wins against Water
- Water wins against Fire
