This city traffic light simulator game is fun to play. The devs are open to feedback and there are no in-app purchases - so no spending mommy and daddy's money. Advertising is kept at a minimum so it never becomes annoying.

City Stoplight Simulator. Is the strategic infinite simulation game that puts you in the shoes of a traffic cop. This addictive and free 3D game focuses on trying to get cars safely across the intersections. The aim is to direct stoplights so cars can drive through without crashing or getting into traffic jams.
Now the initial game may look easy enough, but you soon realize that controlling traffic takes a keen eye and lighting fast reflexes, since the traffic lights seem to have a mind of there own and change at random. This is especially true for level 3, where you control four intersections, with sixteen traffic lights, and hundreds of cars coming and going all over the place. It takes nerves of steel to reach the highest score on that level but it will keep you entertained for hours.
The realistic in game 3D physics cause a wrecked vehicle to flip over, so crashing becomes something fun on its own. Where the vehicle sometimes does several mid air somersaults before landing back on the ground,this can cause a huge pile up of wrecks.
