The game was released by a Japanese developer for the Japanese market. Everything from the description to the developer's address is in Japanese, so I don't see any reason why you should complain about the game being in Japanese. You're not entitled to anything just because you speak English, so you can either shut up or learn Japanese.

Quite a nice sandbox game. Kinda like hardcore mode but items are left for the next character. Not my type unfortunately.
