Welcome to Property Empire, the idle tycoon game where you play the role of a real estate entrepreneur. Become an industry magnate by buying the unique properties, although to truly be on top you will need a capitalist mindset and a great business strategy.

BUILD YOUR EMPIRE

Begin your career as a real estate tycoon by selecting one of three property sectors. From here invest in available properties in that category to increase earnings of money and prestige. Invest as much as you can, as with the right strategy you will be the ultimate real estate entrepreneur!


PROPERTIES

There are three different categories for you to choose from, with over 30 different property types to build a real estate corporation with.

You can be a proprietary realtor, and work with residential properties. This is the easiest type of property to work with, ensuring large returns on your investments.

You can invest in business units, which are harder to work with but give bigger rewards as you progress.

Finally, the industrial properties, which start difficult to work with, but reward your investment with greater capital as your dominion takes shape.


UPGRADES

As you play you can purchase upgrades that boost your profits. These upgrades are available for each property, and provide you with extra capital and discounts on future investments.

To provoke your capitalist mindset, you receive a bonus when you buy certain amounts of a property. How many you need for the next bonus is displayed by the property's info.

Don’t forget to level up as this gives extra bonuses to all your real estate.


ASCENSION & BUSINESS SCHOOL

As your empire develops, you will earn skill points. These points are awarded when you ascend, and can be spent at the business school to enhance your skills as an entrepreneur.

When you ascend, spend the skill points in the business school, where there is a list of upgrades available. Unlike the renovations and negotiations, these upgrades will work on all of your properties to reward your prestige.


CHALLENGES 🏆🏆🏆

On the main menu, you will find a challenges page where there are tasks for you to complete. Only when you have finished all of these can you call yourself a true real estate tycoon!


DEVELOP A STRATEGY 🤔🤔

As mentioned above, you gain bonuses for buying a particular amount of a property type, so sticking with it may be worth it to get the boost. Alternatively, it's sometimes worth investing in a new property, as it can earn drastically more than the last. This means your strategy is really important

You will need to find out what works for you and come up with your own unique strategy.

The purpose of earning money is to build up your skill points, so you want to get there as quickly as possible so you have more to spend when you ascend.

Then you need to decide what classes to take at the business school in order to capitalize most.

Don't forget, this may be an idle investor, but no true entrepreneur can be lazy!
