My daughter loves this game! My only complaint is that, on our tablet, it says no internet connection. It's definitely connected. Any thoughts on why this would be?

Very good app, besides the fact that when we try to go into the school account. It keeps saying "unable to connect to the internet", and our internet is working so I don't know why it keeps saying that. I've tried restarting the app, restarting the tablet, cleaning the cache etc. to no avail. Please fix this issue.

My daughter liked it the first time she played. It worked fairly well that first time. After that the app never worked the same, it wouldn't let me login and kept going back to the start page. Takes forever to load too, and we have really fast internet. Do not recommend. Wish it worked well because it was cute when we first downloaded it and my daughter is disappointed it no longer works...

I would NEVER pay for this game. The free demo is so slow to download each level. It takes at least 5 minutes to download the first level, which takes seconds to play. Then a few more minutes to download each additional level. My daughter lost interest after the first 2 levels because of all the waiting in between. There is definitely no issue with my internet. I never have this problem with any other apps.

This would be an amazing app but after only a couple intro levels, your only option is to pay $60 for a year subscription to access the other levels. That is a ridiculous amount of money for a year subscription. Disappointing. It's amazing how you can buy a great game for free or only a few dollars but for a good educational app that is supposedly to help people, you always end up having to pay a lot of money.

We have an account through my child's school. However, after only just installing the app for the first time ever on our device, it immediately said I didn't have an internet connection. I'm at home using my wifi. I attempted to restart the app without using wifi, and I got the same message. Waited several minutes, and it didn't reconnect. Too bad because would have been a great distraction for my son while we are out and about. Thank goodness it works on the computer, but this app needs work.
