This game is challenging and addictive. I wasn't so sure I'd like it since I don't really like traditional chess, but it's a faster-paced twist on chess. I get competitive, trying to get 3 stars on each level and outdo my best scores.

Good concept for a chess arcade game. To encourage faster play I think some sort of combo tracking system would add a new challenge. After each piece capture you get a few seconds to chain another capture for the combo chain to build. Maybe after a certain combo number earned it unleashes a special skill like freezing the board or taking out piece with some power skill.

Game sucks 2 year old minded person made such junk trying to change the name of chess Knight is your only piece there is awful glitch if you make and error with capturing the Queen or King you have to restart the game. Uninstalled for life! Pathetic!

Chess Runner is a whole new chess experience. As a lone white knight, you must dodge enemy pieces and move quickly to capture the elusive, runaway King. Along the way, you will need quick reflexes and a sharp eye to keep from falling off a rapidly collapsing board. This is NOT a turn-based game like traditional chess but real-time arcade action that any non-chess player can easily play as well. Chess Runner is more than just a typical endless runner game. Fight your way through vertical, horizontal and diagonal chess boards as you test your skills in a variety of game modes including:

CHESS RUNNER - Attack and avoid black pieces on your way to capture the Golden King in an endless runner level.

MARCH OF THE PAWNS- Protect the white kings from an army of pawns. These pawns do not give up!

ROOK'S ROW - Are you quick enough to make it through a barrage of rook attacks? Move quick to avoid being taken by a rook.

SPEED RUN- Move as fast as you can through an obstacle course of pawns!

THE CUBE -The cube meets the chess board.

THE SPIRAL - Twist your way through space on a spiral board!
