Samosa is Indian food, fried food with a filling of spiced potatoes, onions, cheese, many other vegetables.
having a triangular shape and can be eaten as evening snack...it sounds tasty.
A Samosa can be chicken-filled or potatoes filled..but we are here to make Samosa filled with spiced potatoes.
Firstly, we make samosa dough with taking flour salt and oil..make a dough..roll the dough
and shape it as you want..Now its time to make filling..take potatoes and wash it..put it into the pan and
boiled it. After the boiling process, mash the potatoes...Add ingredients (salt, pepper, black
pepper, coriander, Chillies ). Mix it well. Put the filling into the shaped dough...Take the oil into
the pan. Wait until the oil gets hot...fry the samosa into the oil..fry it until its turn into golden
brown...be careful, as you don`t burn your hand. Serve your mouth-watering samosa with sauce or ketchup.
Tasty samosa is ready to eat...hope you all will enjoy this desi recipe.
