Rating gently because I want to encourage the developer to keep working on this without being a complete prick to them........ Great premise, but difficult to get into. I was looking for a game that incorporated genetics and breeding and thought I had found the perfect game! Unfortunately, it is still very simple......... A foal takes two weeks to mature. Is that real time? Is it in game time? If it is in game time, there is no way to discern the passage of time. This foal I have is now the same size as the adults but cannot breed or race......... There needs to be an option to sell horses. Base their worth on their genetics and race wins. Uncommon traits could be more or less desirable and affect the selling price. This would give another reason to pay attention to genetics instead of just hoping to land that perfect 30/30. It could also provide more use for the genetic printout option.......... Speaking of which, what is the point of the genetic printout? I can see the horse's genetics just fine when I tap them, and the guide button in the horse's menu explains just about everything you'd need to know about what genes produce which results......... Would love to see paints, appaloosas, dapples, and roans. Maybe a lineback dun. Haven't really come across those yet, and if I have, then they weren't very recognizably portrayed........... The game guide/tutorial is somewhat vague and difficult to read depending on the background image (especially on the racing page)............ And finally...springing lengthy (but thankfully skippable after ten seconds) advertisements every single time a player goes to race in the free version? Was that necessary?........... Overall, a great idea that I hope will grow into a more engaging game. I appreciate the simplicity of it, but it's still a little *too* simple at this time. Great time waster when you've got a few minutes to kill. This has a lot of potential.
