You can choose from different levels. Enemies are more frequent and deadly on the higher levels. The higher level you reach the more germs will try to destroy you. So, for higher levels you need to move fast and rotate quicker so that enemies struggle to beat the antibody.
On each level you have to protect individual parts of the body like pharynx, lymph nodes.
