I played this game during my pet turtle's funeral. it brought back memories of when my family used to go strawberry picking and one day I found a baby turtle devouring the delicious nector of the sweet red fruit. i brought him home and together we played for years, seeing turtle berry reminds me of the great times we had and i cri evry tiem

It’s a different world today from the one where I spent my Android youth. Gone are the golden days where each app to be found on the Android Market (now the ‘Play Store’) was a work of pure expression, an ecstatic exclamation of creativity, technical ability, and an earnest desire to share a work of joy, passion, and jumping turtles. This is a game that transports me back to that innocent, Edenic world of Android games. Opening the app for the first time was a raw, primitive experience, like tearing through wrapping paper on Christmas morning. Making that turtle sprite jump and grab strawberries evoked memories of sitting in the back seat of my parents car, playing Snake on my dad’s flip phone while Mom went into the store to buy vegetables. Thank you, Tomny. Thank you for this wonderful game. Turtle Berry transcends gameplay, graphics, and technical stability. It is childhood reclaimed; innocence manifest. It is a demonstration of the beauty in Android development, and I feel blessed to have witnessed it.
