About this app

ANI, short for Animal Index, is an e-learning mobile application made to educate the people, particularly, children ages 4 – 11 years old about animal awareness through Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality. ANI lets the children point their device into an animal, capture it, and stores the animal into their device. They can then view the 3D model of the animal including the information about it and its body parts and they will also be educated about the ways to handle and take care of them. With this, ANI encourages the children to answer questions based on what they viewed and complete the achievements to earn free gold coins. They can use the gold coins to unlock other animals which lets them explore and learn more while having fun.

Teaching and training children, as early as their age, the appropriate approach to the animals and to be kinder to them helps the children improve their moral character as well as their compassion for living creatures. ANI will also serve as a venue for our partner organizations to generate funds for their advocacy, not just focus on promoting themselves to gain funds.
