I've been playing this for 3 months(ish) and love the games. I'd given this app 5 stars because of good customer service, ease of earning tokens, and prize selection, but I'm dropping it to 2 stars. I've been saving tickets to get one of a few specific prizes and went to look at them today and the ticket cost of them had gone up 2x, 3x, or 4x since I checked it a couple of weeks ago. I've spent hours saving for them just to be worse off than if I would've settled for less a couple of weeks ago.

This app used to be good. Now it's just getting worse with every update. Everything is worth much more tickets and it takes a long time to get enough tickets for something. And now there's way too many ads on everything.

I love it and iv never had a problem with them I dont understand why every one is complaining, I just got a new phone and downloaded it and any problem I had I fill out the correct form and they fixed it immediately ! I used to love this app but with every update it gets worse and they make it harder to get more tickets because they keep raising the jackpots and also ticket prices all the time and whenever i complete surveys on tapresearch it says i earned tokens on tapresearch but when i go on the boredwalk collect tab the tokens from doing surveys aren't there

App won't even load now ever since the update. Please fix this. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled app twice. And even restarted my phone twice.
