6/17/21 system is making it worse. It takes forever to load and get into the game, switching to another language also takes forever to login. Then it will pump me out the game and here goes the same cycle. I have been playing this game for 178 days now. Noticing the insufficiency of customer service. We have been trying to get hold of customer service for over a month. But no reply or returning any messages of any sort. I begin to wonder if this game is a scam. Disappointed.

I am glad got language option in newest update. BUT!!! It's very annoying you have to switch back to Chinese EVERY login!!!! And takes aaaaaaggggggeeeeees to reload (last time I waited ages was Internet Explorer). Don’t tell me it’s follow the default system language setting coz I tried and not working. Can’t you just set the game remember what language was used last login?? That will be more friendly for both English and Chinese ANDROID players (no this issue on IOS though).

Used to function perfectly fine where the system remember the version you are in but the recent updates make it worse. The Mandarin version takes forever to load and when it loads, the characters speak in English!

The game operation is a disater, never see a game like this. All the company want is money other than hire better people to develop and operate.

very hard to get respond from customer service.if u have issue with lost money in game or spend money but end up gain no score or something like this, good luck

It went goof until after the latest update. Login took forever to loop. Language needs to be changed every login. Even after changed to Chinese version, the audio is still in English. The game stuck after clicking "announcement" which shows a blank page. What is the reason of the recent update if it is not a better version? You are drawing the players away.
