♛ Tavola Tips:

♟ Tavola is a game for professionals. Play seriously, play as a ♚King.

♟ Double tap to discard a card. If you have not used any cards, you can not pass turn until you discard one of the cards in your hand.

♟ The ♥Cleric is useful to retrieve any piece taken on previous turn. The recovered piece will take the ♥Cleric's place. So the ♥Cleric's piece is taken off the board.

♟ The ♣Witch piece gives you one more card in your hand.

♟ The ♦Mage's piece gives you +1 turn point, totaling 4 turn points.

♟ The ♛Queen has the advantage of not using turn points and not using cards to move and/or attack.

♟ The ♚King has the advantage of not using turn points and not using cards to move and/or attack. When in check, he can move and attack as you wish, he can still finish the turn in check.

♟ Try to get control of the board, taken the center at first.

♟ Try not to lose any ♠Noble or at least try to keep the same amount of ♠Noble that your opponent has. Having less ♠Nobles than your opponent is a major disadvantage.

♟ Try not to lose the ♛Queen. She is very valuable.
