About this app

Can you “trap” the mouse?

All you have to do is type in 6 numbers! The idea is to plot 3 intersecting lines around the mouse (which, being “alive” is moving).

Lines are specified by entering the slope (m) and y-intercept (b) for the line’s equation in “Y = mx +b” format.

After you play this game for a while you’ll develop a pretty good intuitive understanding of the relationship between a linear equation and its plot on a Cartesian graph.
