Collect consciously recycle wisely! Clean the Earth!
The FIRST Lego League international robot programming competition brings the joy of science and technology knowledge to young people aged 10-16 worldwide of 23,000 participating teams. Our team TövisCSAPat - the team of Homoktövis Primary School, Budapest have prepared the SuperSelect mobile game for this year's Trash Trek challenge. Our goal is to promote the idea of proper selective waste collection and recycling in a fun packed game.

The team has identified that youngsters are typically have low awareness on proper selective waste recycling.
Therefore the team (10-12 years old kids) has invented and developed an initial version for a waste management game for 9-12 kids in blocky language.

With this game the team would like to educate and share the thought of proper waste recycling to as many kids as possible.

Rules of the game
The Earth is covered with waste. The playing kids has to manage waste. The game take splace in Select City. Here SuperSelect Jack tries to collect the garbage, and recycle it. In the meanwhile he teaches the sad and littering waste monsters - the Gudmanó - to proper garbage collection and build a clean new world. Jack has to teach 10 Gudmanó on one level for proper waste collection.

Waste items
Waste must be disposed into the appropriate selective trash bin. When you dispose a waste item in the trash, you can keep it and you can recycle it again. In the upper left corner you can see you waste resources to recycle.
You can collect waste paper, waste plastics and metal scrap.

Controlling Jack, your hero
You can control Jack clicking on the left and right hand size of the screen. If you click on the right side, he will move right. If you click on the left side, he will move left.
The garbage can be collected touching it with Jack.

Base, Objects
There is a town (Select City) where we have a the base. Here you can build your own house, furnish it with objects recycled from waste.
If you press the green button on the top left we will show on a screen what objects have you created by recycling so far. If you accumulate a certain amount of waste, we ask whether you want to recycle.
