طريقة العمل
أخفقي صفار البيض وأضيفي ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا، النشاء ونصف كوب من السكر.إستمري في الخفق حتى تتكاثف وتتجانس المكونات.ضعي الحليب في قدر على النار ثم أضيفي الملعقة الثانية من الفانيليا واتركيه حتى يغلي. أسكبي المكونات المخفوقة فوق الحليب واستمرّي في التحريك على نار خفيفة إلى أن يسمك المزيج. ضعي المزيج في مصفات وصفّيه في وعاء ومن ثم غطّيه واتركيه ليبرد.أخفقي الكريمة مع ربع كوب من السكر إلى أن تتكاثف.أضيفي المكوّنات الأولى إلى الكريمة وحركّي جيداً.أسكبي الخليط في وعاء وضعيه في الثلاجة لمدة 6 ساعات على الأقل، مع تحركيه كل ساعتين باستخدام الشوكة.
