Most of the games require such unrealistic minimum "bets" to play. Unless you spend money that you didn't plan on, then you gotta hope you can gain a lot with the daily bonus. All in all, the games are a fun way to pass the time away. Very realistic ; in the way that you can win as often as you can in reality at the Pala casino. The rewards store leaves a bit to be desired. Since a player can only get the amounts of free play with reward points the same as the money actually spent at the casino.

Its been 4 days since Ive been having issues loging on. Pala took away the option to redeem my points for freeplay. This is ridiculous. Ive spent so much money on this stupid app to not be able to cash in on it. Anyone else having issues with the actual app?

It was going great for a couple of years, but for the last 2 days, it won't move pass the log in screen. I'm not sure what happened, but please fix it. It's on a note 10+.

Im really hoping that anyone that reads this understands the real issues with this app. I just left the physical casino after attempting to find some resolution for the absolutely horrid and unfair rng this app has. My level is 146. Ive been into the casino 500+ times to spin and not once have I won a jackpot. The privileges desk even said at one point, and I quote, "it's a total scam. I would never spend my hard earned money on this app".

this app makes my phone crash constantly!! and during the middle of slot machine spins my phone will completely shut off and restart!! I've been screwed out of so many points due to having to start over from the beginning all over AGAIN and having to constantly reload the mypala app takes up so much time. not worth it. I have a galaxy J3 prime and running 8.0 android version hopefully u guys can release a new version with an update that fixes this problem immediately.
