How people can develop a product that doesn't work and still retain employment is beyond comprehension. Installed app, connected to camera and it doesn't "connect". Uninstalled app and reinstalled again, same - same on friend's phone. If I failed once in my career at this magnitude, I would be lucky to be a Walmart greeter.

simply doesn't work. the app connect to the device but not recording at all. even if I try manually to take a picture or record a video.... nothing, zero. it says failed. basically the dash cam is useless.

Fix the app is crashing in Android 9.0. Frig sakes it worked before. Fix your app

I can't open or download any of the vids on my phone. Gives the loading icon and just sits there making me close the app to exit.
