Although the savings are nice, the need to input the store number, which one cannot find without going into the store, defeats the purpose. Convenient if one goes to same store all of the time.

I signed up just for carroll pay fuel rewards. Instead of just linking my account and using a phone number as an ID I have to set up payment registration through the app. Highs requires your social security number routing and account number to verify your identity to use this feature. No thanks, can't I just link my PayPal instead?

Redeeming offers rarely works (having the discount come off after scanning ID code in store). Two out of three haven't worked. Most recently, I had an offer for a free Coke energy drink but nothing happened (no discount) when the cashier scanned my app ID. This isn't rocket science, folks. Sheetz has left you guys in the dust!
