App won't let me access my account. I login, it sends me the code, i input the code then it tells me that the app is out of date and i need to update it. I click update and it send me to the app store which shows i have the most up-to-date app.... UPDATE: That problem was fixed and they have worked with me quickly with any other problems i have occurred. There are some improvements that can be made to the app though, such as, more better and efficient ways to add money. And some other things too

Can't even sign up. When it asks to input phone number it has an incorrect area code already filled in. You can't delete this area code and the app won't proceed even if you type a phone number. It's just stuck. I've been buying Bitcoin for a long time and have accounts with multiple exchanges and many hardware wallets. No problem with any of those. How stuff like this gets past devs and testers is beyond me. Moving on

Gave 5 star review before because the app was great. The UI update made things worse. And ultimately, having disabled debit card deposits, I can no longer use the app and I have to find something else to use. Edit: I was about to rate this 4 or 5 stars again because they re-enabled debit card deposits. However, after using the app again as I had used it before, I had issues with debit card deposits again and their support replied (after a very long turn around time) threatening to ban me.

Horrible UI update. There was nothing wrong with the old UI? It doesn't look cleaner, it isn't more efficient, it's just confusing now. You can't even send off whole balance anymore without having to input manual amount. I've been a big fan of Strike for a long time now due to the simplicity and ease of use but they just did a total 180 that is making me consider finding another service. Willing to update review if changes are made and some UI features are reverted. Big fail, Strike, big fail.

Good, but needs some improvement in the transparency department. Things missing that should be added: When buying/selling the spread should be shown (including in transaction history). When sending a payment/paying a lightning invoice the fee should be shown. When looking in transaction history, payments should include the lighting invoice paid rather than just the amount and date (especially for one's with no description). Good app but the lack of these details is very annoying and noticeable.

Edit: Recent app update replaced the old UI (which was great) with a new, overly confusing UI that also somehow manages to lack features that the old UI had. I haven't used the new version enough to learn if it does anything the old app didn't do, but it's so annoying that I probably won't bother. Strike is 5 stars for the actual service they provide, but 1 star for the new app UI. I hate it.
