There are two major flaws with the order ahead function. First, if the branch is unable to take your order, the money is still taken off your account, and you get a message to go in store and show your purchase to get your coffee. This totally defeats the point, because I use the order ahead to save time. Secondly, there is no address for the branch. For example, Century City has two Shell garages and only one is available for ordering ahead, but there is no way to know which one.

The app would say my payments are unsuccessful but money would be deducted from my account. Even though Vida was okay in their response time, it happened AGAIN, four times. Unfortunately I am unable to trust this app and will not use it again nor will I be able to recommend it to anyone with a clear conscience. Sorry Vida, I do like your coffee, your app just needs improvement.

Easy to use. And earn points. Up to date menus and trading times. Can order ahead through app which is nice.

Tried to pay toasties with the app, had a balance of more tha R60 available, app only payed R19. Was left with a balance of R30 that I had to pay cash. This happened at 3 different occasions. Please fix your system its causing a lot of frustration.

4. Send a vida voucher to a friend.
- vida fans can now share the love by making in-app purchases for vida vouchers to the value of R50 with R25 increments. These vouchers can easily be shared with friends who will then be able to redeem the full value of the voucher at their nearest participating vida store.
