Pure garbage. I downloaded the app I can't even login. So it's one worst app I've ever seen in my entire life. 😐

After the recent update to the app I can't access any results, just a 'loading' image on the page and nothing happens. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no luck.

Does not let me register to login. Too much data used to download this, for nothing. The people at this establishment are great and better to deal with that this app. Pity, this could be very useful.

I cannot log in. App has no option to crearte a profile. No point in downloading an app that does not afford me access to my results. Tried numerous times in one day but to no avail

Very bad lab first of all! There is never a pick up on their telephone lines and they always disconnecting calls. When enquired about this app - they advised that this is not patient based and only for employees!
