Seriously, just search for "frame capture" app. It's the only one actually designed by a real programmer to extract frames from video! And it works fantastically! This one is equivalent to playing the movie and trying to catch the frame with a screenshot! I needed 1 exact frame for things to line up. That app I mentioned lets you step through the video frame by frame and pick the one you want and it extracts full quality. In, captured and out without a single ad displayed! Talk about refreshing!
