Paid for the old premium version which was great, it stopped working. Had to pay for the new version which is harder to use and not as intuitive (image adjustments, text formatting, etc.), downloaded the classic version again through the new app and it doesn't work. 2x payments to now be on the search for another app.

So disappointed in this version. The original version stopped working so I had to upgrade None of my backgrounds that I used are available on the new version and when I do a search it asks me to approve the disclaimer and then nothing comes up. This is the worst app ever.

I dont appear to be able to use my own text with your styles. I can only change the font. This app was recommended to me so I could use my own text with the banner styles.. but apparently not so it's a bit useless to me. Or I dont know how to use it, which would be great because you could give me instructions..

Despite having paid for premium when I first downloaded it, it gives me adverts everytime I open it. It would be a great tool if the output resolution wasn't too low to use on pod sites, but I can't see any way to change it, so actually only useful for social posts really.

I decided to pay for the premium version after using the free version and liking it. Now I am regretting buying it because I can't use the classic version in the premium app. It keeps giving me an error. I am super disappointed, hoping there is a way to fix this?

This disappeared from my phone and I had to repurchase it. The new version doesn't have any of my brand colours any longer. Very disappointing. No choice but to get a refund as it just won't work for me any longer.
