A couple of the klwp setups are not working and importing the images. If they were set as globals it would make it easier for users to change the wallpapers. In addition, Wind2 is wrong completely...it shows one setup in the thumbnail but then when you apply its another setup and the wallpapers are also not working. I'm not sure how old this KLWP pack is, but most packs nowadays take advantage of the globals or create menu sections to change the theme setups within KLWP. Some of the other setups don't look like the thumbnails, so idk
