UPDATED REVIEW with 2 extra ⭐. I still think their "Free cancellation" and "full refund" is a scam since you only get credits to use in the future if you cancel or change. Customer service is VERY difficult to contact, and they are not transparent on fees and taxes BEFORE charging your card. However, they were much more affordable than on site parking at O'Hare and the people at the parking location were very friendly and helpful, which is why I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is largely a bait and switch scheme, where they show a price in their application or on the web, but refuse to guarantee that you will get a discount from the charged price, so you end up paying more or less full price. Cancellation also seems problematic: the refund is in 'waybucks' which is more or less meaningless.

Please don't book here for your own good. They make you book through "Way," which is a scam. Hidden costs. Impossible to get a refund. Says there's a 24 hour shuttle but there isn't. Sketchy lot. Charged me and would not give a refund except in "Way bucks" which can only be used on their app for other bad parking lots. Tricks you into a subscription service.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I reserved an offsite parking lot for a flight out of Orlando to visit family for christmas, when I showed up to the lot, to catch my morning flight, the lot was full and the phone number to call did not work. I ended up having to park at a mall and taking an uber to the airport. Way customer service would not reimburse my uber rides, additional gas, & tolls and was quite unapologetic about the fact that I almost missed my flight due to their greedy incompetence.

Never again. Couldn't park my car at two lots with my reservation. Was told by employee that it was full the day b4 I booked. They need a receipt from me to refund me for a service that they couldn't provide twice. I am out of the country and down $191.05 until I return and get a receipt from the credible lot that I parked in. Change your policy about refunding after reservation time if you cannot provide the service. Waste of time and almost missed my flight. How fraudulent. Happy holidays

On 9/26/2023 I reserved and paid for a parking spot at GRAND PARK in Orlando. But when I arrived at the gate of the parking lot, the gate won't open and only then I realized they had changed my parking to another location, WITHOUT informing me!! I had to turn around and go to the new location which was really bad location. No security gate, their office was in a trailer and the lot was not paved. I WILL NEVER USE WAY AGAIN
