Well I don't know if the issue I submitted actually was submitted because it kept saying error number 9 and I kept clicking it and eventually it went away and said it was submitted so we'll see but it has worked in the past on pothole issues

I use to take pictures of graffiti on my walks and report/upload the pictures from my phones gallery later. I do not like that you now have to report and upload the picture using the phone camera at the time.
