I actually haven't been able to use the app, so honestly it may work fine. However, ive had an issue with the app connecting to the device. I have tried to contact customer service and it is astonishingly poor. I have been in contact twice already and have been hung up on when put on hold. On the third time, after waiting twenty minutes on hold, i get the option to leave a message??? No thanks coolpad. Youll be getting your device back!

There are several issues within the app but the worst one is I cannot hear my child's messages. When you click on the play button for any message it changes to a pause button but no audio is heard. This is really bad since there is no way for the child to send a written text message making communication very hard.

I gets too many random text not from my kid. Especially since they cant text and only do voice messages. Been dealing with it for 2yrs now. Thinking of changing watches soon do to this glitch
