Useless app. I have only ever managed to book one taxi which got cancelled. Then after that constant error messages and unable to book a taxi using the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling same problem. It's not just on my phone friends are having the same issue with different phone makes. I'd rather walk to my destination than try using this app again.

I don't understand where all the negative comments came from, app is decent, easy to use - you can pre-book taxi (unlike on ehm ehm U*#*),.yes it's crashing from time to time when it's really busy - but the other apps do this to. Overal 5* from me.

Got a phone call to say taxi was going to be 10 minutes after waiting half an hour, half an hour later booking gets cancelled 🙄 useless company. Drivers are sound but whoever works in the offices are an absolute shambles.
