Lots of useful info. The compatibility section is very helpful. I might suggest to change the dollar symbol as before I noticed the symbol key I thought it possibly meant to avoid O- due to cost/scarcity of resource! It would be useful to know why some sections aren't available for children...the app has a warning on first use that it's not for patients aged <18 but I think several sections are still relevant, useful and accurate regardless of age. Overall an informative reference app

A useful aide memoire if you have an hour or two to ponder the wisdom of giving a unit of blood. Just another hurdle to jump when wanting to transfuse a critically ill patient who is bleeding to death. All those involved in blood transfusion should have look at it.

Very well laid out and useful advice. Clear guidelines on rates, complications etc.
