Easy to use. can also register upto 5 vehicles that you use. When are you also going to include the dartford bridge tolls? I have now revised the rating because having signed up for auto pay the app does not list in real time charged incurred and when they will be deducted from your account. you cannot accurately keep an eye on the costs until it is too late. The app has so many more opportunities to make of the app that are being missed

Update: The app' informs the user that a Congestion Charge payment "is due" irrespective of whether the vehicle has entered the charging zone—not "due if the vehicle has entered" but "due". This is simply misleading. The app' forces the user to enter a VRN on each use. Why not allow users to save vehicles to the app'? It feels like a deliberate choice to push drivers towards the paid-for auto-pay service.

Crashed while taking payment. Took money from my bank but did not register with tfl who said no payment was received. Had to use tfl website instead. Will not use App again as cannot trust payment system.

Untrustworthy app and terrible customer service. I've been charged twice and when I asked to have it back, they asking me my car VC5 and other documents. Why you steal money easily but its hard to return it!! Block them before you lose more.

Tottaly ussless I paid the congestion through this app and still got a fine through

As with every process tfl touch, the app is unhelpful, obtuse and plain un-userfriendly. Constantly battling to do anything with these guys and the app is designed identically to the processes that do not work on the website. Hateful.
