The app itself is pretty good, but having the option to turn off "cycling" as a suggestion would make it better. We have two seniors and one person with a fairly recently broken ankle in our group, so cycling is NEVER an option. Having it come up as the recommended choice time and again is both annoying and impractical. Being able to remove that option would be great in circumstances like ours.

The app is buggy. Derr! Just add a home button to allow you to get the live train times from any station. It does this weird action where you have to X out to a random screen. Then exit the app. Restart it and hope it allows you to find where to enter the station, then Live Train Times. Also questioning the accuracy of the data, especially bus times... how do you get to those? Bit of a mess.

It is completely useless if you want to find out how to travel from point A to point B, neither of which are your starting point. This is ridiculously unhelpful if you are trying to plan a trip across a part of London that you are not already familiar with. In general toggling between different pages is also extremely unreliable and difficult.

Very poor It always wants to plan a route from your current location. As I often want to plan for the future this is a MAJOR draw back. Also I don't have my location switched on on my phone. Thus it is unusable. It should be simple to allow you to put in a departure point, why this hasn't been done beats me. Would have expected much more from TFL

I really wanted to love the TfL app & make it my go-to travel app, but sadly it falls short. In my opinion, it lacks features I'd consider to be basic for a travel app, especially from TfL. Not allowing the user to use it offline is far from ideal when your on the tube & want to look up your trip/ check tube map, & not being able to save the stations or bus stops you most commonly travel from. Those are the 2 main reasons I have reverted back to my ever faithful Citymapper, which does this.

Buses near me works a treat and is always accurate. The trip planner and live train times are unreliable. For some reason it does not always provide the next available journey. And the live train times- not worth checking as may or may not be correct which defeats the purpose of using it. Use this app for live bus times but google maps for your everything else.
