The bus pass never fails. Although there is a degree of inaccuracy with regard to the bus timetable, each of the features are mostly reliable.

The app is good. Maybe not very intuitive but good enough and does the job! One of two things I would like to see improved asap, is the ability to see all the buses on the map, not just selected few going through campus. If I can buy zone tickets, I'd like to be able to see buses going through those zones. Second thing is the size of the QR code - sometimes it can be very difficult to scan it if you have a phone with a big screen. Maybe some kind of scaling for those users? Until then, 3 stars.

The app doesn't open, my phone says that there's a bug within the app. The exact same issue with the more bus app.

It's really good at tracking the buses it has on it but it would be good if it showed all the local more buses aswell rather than only the ones that go to the uni because sometimes if you miss a bus you can catch a local one then catch one that goes to the uni if you're a bit further a field. Just think that would be useful especially for students not local to the area

Had bought my annual ticket and was using it fine for a few months Went to use it the other day and it said "ticket unavailable", and the only way to use my ticket again was to leave feedback. Dreadful system
