Good but could be improved! The search function needs improvement, it sometimes fails to recognise a street, even when the whole street name has been typed in. There is no option to review or rate your taxi journey. This should definitely be added. What would be amazing is the addition of an address book, where customers can save their favourite addresses or frequent journeys.

I use Amber Cars regularly and I have only positive things to say.. you get a txt saying they are on the way.. then quickly followed by a phone call to indicate they have arrived to collect you. Their drivers turn up on time, most of which are very cheerful and friendly.. yes I would reccomend Amber Cars every time without hesitation.
