MyRAC is an absolute life saver. I have been using this app for a while now and the UI is intuitive and very easy to navigate. One element that I absolutely love about this app is that it gives you the latest driving news and government laws, alot of people just don't have time to regularly search for them. The main reason I am posting this review now is that I was driving down to Brighton and my engine light started flashing. Luckily RAC were able to send someone and the issue was sorted out!

Less of an app more of a slightly broken website. Doesn't enter a new "place" when you report a breakdown so it's not clear if it has reported until they text you. Also no "reassurance" that they are doing anything after the text which an app could provide. Discontinuing the phone numbers while providing no contact points beyond an unresponsive app seems to be a rather lame cost cutting exercise rather than an intent of providing helpful service.

Most times I try to login, it just keeps taking me back to the login page after I enter my correct password. When I do get into the app, and select an option, then it takes me back to the login page. Not great for an app that people rely on in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation.

I cannot recommend downloading this app enough. I ended up breaking down on the way to Cornwall and this app allowed RAC to find a local patrol and helped us get the car back to the local mechanic. I never thought I would need app if my car ever broke down, now it is an absolute must!

Broke down this week, so downloaded the app to request a call out and to send my location as I was in the middle of the new forest so not exactly easy to describe. But you can't even log in... Really helpful with a screaming 4 month old and 15 month old in the car. Ended up calling someone else for help. Not impressed. Definitely should have gone with the AA.

App is completely pointless, I broke down and tried to use the app to call for recovery but the app makes you fill out an online form 🤷 The app does not synchronise your membership account details from the app so you literally have to fill out all your details again within the app and as soon as you click submit you get told that you have to call the help line anyway. Don't waste your installing this app, just make sure you have the RAC recovery number saved in your phone.
