About this app

Do you know what most affects your wellbeing and performance?

PLEASE NOTE: THIS APP REQUIRES A USERNAME AND PASSWORD PROVIDED BY YOUR ORGANISATION OR BY PSYT.

From 2010 – 2017, we mapped the UK’s happiness with an app called Mappiness. We found that work is people’s second unhappiest activity (only being ill in bed is worse). Yet it’s the activity we spend most of our waking lives doing. So we created me@mybest to make work happier.

me@mybest is an employee wellbeing and engagement tool that tells you what affects your mood and productivity — be it sleep, your exercise habits, your body’s circadian rhythms, or one of the many other variables that me@mybest measures.

By answering short, interesting surveys — we call these Reflections — you'll learn about yourself, while also giving anonymous feedback to your employer. This will help your employer develop an environment and culture that’s beneficial for you.

How does it work?

At random times, me@mybest will alert you to reflect about what’s going on in the here-and-now. This data is then fed back to you in personalised charts, giving you insights into your wellbeing and performance. The more Reflections you do, the more charts you’ll unlock and the more insights you’ll receive.

Is it anonymous?

Yes. The data you send through me@mybest is sent securely and anonymously. Your employer only has access to group-level data and is not able to identify you personally.

How do I start?

You’ll need a login from an organisation that uses me@mybest. Simply download the app to your device and enter the username and password that was given to you.

I don’t have a log-in!

Contact your manager and ask for the login details. If your organisation is not currently using me@mybest and you’d like to hear more, drop us a line at info@psyt.co.uk.
