Very bad. Do not like at all. Whenever I use it, it will tell me the bus will be there in a certain amount of time. When i get to the bus stop it then delays and says bus isnt due for another 20 mins. Not very accurate and quite bad. Takes ages to load as well and it is annoying that you need wifi for it to work as there isnt really wifi in bus stops. A lot of the time, I also have to wait 40 minutes for a bus that never turns up. Pls fix this as it is really frustrating waiting for 1hour for it

One of the better bus websites in UK I have encountered. Easy to read and bus stop locations are great. Bus movements very occasionally inaccurate otherwise would have given 5 star.

Departures can be a bit off but if you go to track buses it is bang on and if you know where you are it is easy to figure out how long it will be! I'd be lost without this now!!!

So easy to use this app. I use the bus everyday. I find looking at the routes and bus stops the best way to plan as at the start had no idea where to catch a bus. Day riders last longer here and you save money. Ensure to keep your phone charged and you won't ever use anything else.

I loved it! I would give it 5 stars, but there is one thing missing. Being able to use the app OFFLINE. I need to know where my bus is and it pops up with 'connect the wifi' and I'm like OMG THIS APP like it's great but that one detail would be great.

Convenient, easy to use, makes planning trips across and around the city a breeze, and having access to my ticket(s) saves losing or accidentally defacing a very expensive piece of paper (given I buy my travel a month block at a time for work commuting)
