Estimated only 14 minutes ride between Shinjuku to Ueno but in fact took double the time! Nearly missed the Skyliner to airport! Terrible terrible terrible! Don't rely on this app for suggested route and estimated travel time! Also no detailed route info e.g. intermediary stations, making it extremely inflexible in case if a change of plan is needed. There are far better apps than this one. Disappointing app!

Don't try and go to Okubo station, as for some reason no one here thought to link the Chuo line to your journey! so many stations that you could potentially use to travel with are not visible leaving a tourist to believe you have no easy way to get to certain locations that in fact, have very easy efficient routes. App feels very illogical and times can be misleading

Doesn't have ability to filter out connections if you have only Tokyo Metro day-pass, for instance.

Pathetic app don't waste time and data to download it. Designer of this app needs to really understand the user experience and then design. I hope that the app is designed consodering tourists. Lacks in features such as basic route planning.

Solid map. Tend to plan routes manually, but will give suggestions if wanted. Walking times for connections is really useful, as is station search. Will work offline. Ticketing is complex, and app does not show that. Go for a full pass to keep it simple.

It's OK, but does not include JR's Chuo line, or Tsudanuma Station (and
possibly others). Also it gives YOUR station as the train name, rather than
the train's destination ("train for Ueno") which can get a bit confusing
unless a poster map is available. And no sign of wheelchair access
information.
