Doesn't recognise 40% of my collection and gives pitiful prices for rarities e.g. notwithstanding the titles, offering just £6.00 for over 150 items is a joke. It'd cost the environment more than that just to ship the stuff to them. MusicMagpie=avoid

The app is useless. Every time it scans a book bar code it freezes. Also, offering £0.11 for a book that cost £25. Theives.

Shows items in stock but when you try to pay it says they're not in stock.

The barcode scanner only worked for a few minutes. Once I'd logged my CDs manually (maybe 30 mins), there was no option to donate to charity. Their Support told me to use a browser instead (!), but when I logged in there were no items, although they were still on the app. I gave up and drove to a charity shop!
