This app is completely worthless. It's unintuitive, slow, won't allow you to buy multiple tickets in a single operation, shows incorrect information about what facilities are available on buses, shows different scheduled times to those posted on the official signs in bus stops, won't show route information if you search by bus number, and won't let you search for all routes at a given bus stop. But worst of all it gives *zero* notice when buses are broken & more than 35 minutes late. Pathetic!!

Moved to Crawley on 31 August. Downloaded the Metrobus App. Bought a 4-week travel card online. And since then have found the App, the buses, and the services outstanding. Cannot fault the infrastructure set-up. As a non-native to the area, I am very pleased, happy, and glad that I can rely on Metrobus to get me to/fro work. Thank you!

Fantastic app. I HATE traveling on busses (never know if they're actually coming so it makes me anxious) and usually avoid at all costs but decided to take a chance on using Metrobus. I had to get from Horley to Gatwick South Terminal and it was so great to use the app and see where the bus was. Also track the stops on the way. Such a useful app!

Mostly very good, frustrating when a bus doesn't connect properly to live link as it can mean sudden changes to information.

Pretty much always on time. I'm finding the app very usefull. Also the 'show stops' feature is cool as it maps out the entire network for you to plan your connections.

Buses always late app never works it alway say the was a problem with my request tracker not showing bus alot of the time bus times completely inaccurate-jumps from say 9 minutes to 6 minutes in 30 ish seconds
