Excited to record my 100 mile ride yesterday with the app, but as soon as I pressed "start my ride" and rode 100m it stopped. Faffed about then gave up hoping it would track somehow. Checked at 12.5 miles and it once again said "start my ride" Restarted but crashed again. Got home 101 miles later to see if anything had recorded and it hadn't, but still asked me to "start my ride"! I did but stopped it as it was pointless, hardly going to go out and ride another 100. Followed power saving instructions to a T, and had GPS and mobile data enabled, plus 2 spare battery packs if I should need them. Very disappointed.

The app was late in being issued and therefore not fully tested. It didn't stop automatically once the chosen distance was complete. Recorded until I stopped it, but the clock kept running so I could not take the post-ride selfie. It stopped next day. Also said people could follow you on the official map or your actual GPS track but only the official map available- not me in China. Certificate wouldn't download for 4 days. All worked in the end but not when it should have.

Poor user experience. Started my 100 mile ride on August 16th but had to stop because of mechanical problem. Rode the full 100 on 23rd but unable to record it. Its on Strava though!

Power consuming stop watch. It inaccurately recorded 0.4, 0.7, 0.8 then 0.7 miles again! Before it finally gave up reporting anything after about half an hour, at that point it said I'd 1.7 miles at a speed of -17.35. This despite following the power saving instructions

Kept shutting down. Luckily when reopened it allowed me to press start ride again and it picked up the previous miles but i had to keep stopping to do this. very inaccurate compared to garmin. Recorded nothing for first 6 miles

This App is not recording even a single mile with my GPS status active, compare to my other distance measuring App in which I already gained 29kms.. I'm afraid that I can't make it this using the MY PRL app 😔
