DO NOT USE!!!!!!Same issues as the previous reviews! App keeps logging me out so every time I go out I have to log into the app. The recordings are incorrect, I monitored one drive where I stuck to under the speed limit and drove at a snails pace, the app put me down as -7 for speeding?? Also the mileage meter is incorrect! According to my app I've done 10,900 miles yet my car states 10,500. Most current issue is now the server being down for a week with no resolution in sight. No communication from VW to its customers, I've had to chase to find out what's going on!

I have to use this as it is a term of my insurance. However this app is absolutely rubbish! It hardly ever connects to my car and when it actually do it doesn't disconnect and so thinks I have been driving for the whole day and gives me a minus score! It keeps logging me out too and won't let me log back in due to not being able to connect to the server. Stay away from this app if you can, definately not worth the hassle!!

App is required due to my insurance. Had the app for about 3 days and have been logged out 5 times already. This needs updating as soon as possible.

App is extremely unstable. Conatantly logs my account out. Absolutely useless.

I always try driving in a calmly manner and the app always marks me with a negative score. Regardless that I drive few miles under the speed limit it would mark as speeding. Not accurate at all. However, it told me that I was speeding in Reading, when I live in London, just a funny app. Disappointed !

Keeps giving me negative scores randomly for speed and smoothness despite staying within limits etc. I have even been out for drives just to test this and kept a close eye on speed etc yet still getting random negative scores every now and then. App also keeps freezing up which may be what is causing these issues. Needs some serious fine tuning.
