This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HuYu – Scan Shop Receipts, Ear on PC Windows and Mac.

Deliberately says can't see all details on a receipt so don't have to give you points. I have had many receipts that I have photographed dozens of times in different ways so are extremely clear but they say that not all the information is clear so can't accept receipt. I've also had receipts I've tried to submit the day after I got them and been told they are out of date. Also there is no way to disagree with a decision. Limited shops they accept receipts from so takes ages to earn anything.

Had a problem as app states update needed 'rocket me to the store'. No upgrade available in store. Uninstalling and reinstalling made no difference, stuck in a perpetual loop. Once store updated app was able to update and things back to normal. Rating changed from 1 to 5 As others say more stores would be good but hey it's free!

Takes time but money off voucher is always welcome. Unfortunately, after one of the updates only one receipt is accepted from the the same store. So if you need to pop up for some more shops on the day, no points for scanning. Disappointment. Therefore no more 5 stars. And thinking of giving this up.

Omg I wouldn't bother with this app a massive waste of time & effort. I had been scanning receipts and doing the surveys and got to over 400 points. I got a new phone this week so reinstalled the app and logged on but it's put me on 10 points. I sent a nice e mail to the customer service and twice it was returned as unread so I am giving up but very disappointing and a waste of time:( gave one star as good while it worked!

Been using it for a while it's slow going. It would help if more supermarkets were added like Iceland. I meant slow going because there are not enough supermarkets added. Iceland has been added now.

Good when it works. No way of challenging receipt decision. Scanned receipt from shopping Thursday the next day then refuses any shopping on the Friday as it says twice in one day. Needs to recognise the date on receipt not how many receipts submitted.
