Diabolical. Downloaded the app because delivery on JustEat was excessive,
the restaurant is less than 2miles away. Placed the order through this app
and got right through to the end with no mention of delivery, until I got
an email confirming that more money had been taken than was authorised or
shown in the app. Tried to cancel the order and the owner doesn't have the
phone number of the app company to cancel and the process will take 2 day
let us know whether a refund can take place, and probably another 3-5
working days for the banks to sort it. Other than that, it's a cracking
app... 🙃
